U.S. wine blogger Jeremy Parzen aka Do Bianchi recently visited the Villa Marcello with his family together with the families of three of his friends. Here’s his review of their stay on TripAdvisor.
My wife (26 weeks pregnant), our 15-month old girl, and I recently stayed at the Villa Marcello for 2 weeks for vacation (and a week of me commuting to the Italian wine trade fairs in Verona). We loved the little town and the many walks and child-friendly activities. We loved the many restaurants — very affordable — and dining and food options in the village. And most of all we loved the sense of safety and child-friendliness that we encountered at the villa where our toddler (not always the easiest to wrangle) was welcomed by the owners, managers, and staff. Great music at the Proseccheria too!
The Villa Marcello Marinelli is a luxury hotel and restaurant located in the heart of Prosecco country (about one hour by car from the Venice airport).
